Toivo updated to version 1.0.3

Toivo was updated to version 1.0.3 at April 24, 2015. This wasn’t big update but it adds metabox for replacing Header Callout text and description in singular views. You can see the result in demo site.

It’s a pretty nice feature but I though about it several days does it fit in the theme design. And don’t get me wrong, I’m definitely not going to race who got more features build in the theme. But this feature seems to fit like a glove and Reinar asked for it. So here we go!
