Toivo theme updated to version 1.0.1

Just a heads up for small update to Toivo theme. Here are the details.

• Add footer section in the Customizer where you can hide or replace footer text. That’s something most of the business site owners wants. And I definitely agree with them.
• Add Danish translations. Thanks to Reinar.
• CSS tweak: add default top margin to site branding if there is no logo set.
